Torino has signed Chelsea midfielder Cesare Casadei for €12 million plus bonuses and a significant sell-on clause

On January 21, renowned Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reported that Torino and Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign Italian midfielder Cesare Casadei.
The agreement between the two clubs involves a transfer fee of approximately €10 million to €12 million, plus bonuses and a significant sell-on clause.
The deal between the clubs is expected to be finalized tomorrow, January 21.
(Note: Correction—Di Marzio's original report was incorrect; it is actually Casadei joining Torino, with Lazio being outbid.)
